Human Resources provides support services to all members of the University Community intended to increase the welfare of our Employees while supporting the strategic direction of the University. These include:

• Labour Relations - Interpretation of Agreements - Provides advice and counsel to Managers regarding Employee Related issues
• Recruitment - Assists with Selection and On-boarding
• Training - Provides Training and Supports Employee Development
• Policy Development - Maintenance and Development of new Human Resources Related Policies
• Payroll and Benefits - Administration of Payroll and Benefits

Pay Advices and access to leave balances may be obtained by logging into WebAdvisor and accessing your personal information at : http://colleagueweb.nscad.ns.ca/WebAdvisor/WebAdvisor.  Your log in and password will be the same as what you use to log into your computer and email system.
