Financial Management for the Arts starts February 2

Whether you're in professional practice or considering a career in arts administration, you'll want to sign up for "Financial Management for the Arts."

The first course in NSCAD's new Certificate in Arts Administration, "Financial Management for the Arts" is designed to help artists and arts administrators gain confidence managing finances in their own practice, in artist-run centres or arts organizations. This course will cover funding schemas for artist-run centres, Government-funded centres and grantwriting for special projects. Using basic business planning, the course will outline how to anticipate costs and find formulas for future projects.
