NSCAD University has released its new Strategic Research Plan (2013-2016). The document, used by the university to articulate the direction of research initiatives, and by federal and provincial granting agencies to guide investments in institutional research and research infrastructure, is NSCAD’s third strategic research plan since 2003. The plan is intended to highlight areas of existing or emerging institutional research capacity, to outline the university’s plans with respect to its Canada Research Chair allocations and Canada Foundation for Innovation infrastructure support, and to engage a range of other public and private sector-granting partners.
