Every business, institution and organization goes through periods of strategic planning for the future as a means of realigning the focus of the organization and its team. It is also a good time to self-reflect on current business practice. Using Appreciative Inquiry methodology and the SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations and Results) framework, this course will focus on how to design effective strategic planning processes, identifying the strengths of the organization as the foundation for its future and drawing upon this for effective realization of that future. Class Limit is 18. Eligible for T2202.
