Compost is not a term that regularly enters daily conversation yet, like its physical make up, it is rich in structure and ripe in potential. Like a compost heap, this work is multi-layered and seeks to recycle materials, images and ideas in the hope that viewers will be moved to pitchfork the detritus of life into useful, manageable mounds.
