SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS AND PLANNED OUTAGES

OUTLOOK 2011 & 2016 FOR MAC USERS ONLY:
Mac users might experience an intermittent error message when attempting to send an email through Outlook for Mac. The error cites a mismatch in the "change key" and informs the user that the message has been moved to their Drafts folder. This is a server-side issue that Microsoft has been trying to resolve since early October. As of mid-November, they have still not resolved it. Users experiencing this issue should attempt to resend the message that has been moved to their Drafts folder. The second attempt is usually successful. This issue is very random and only a few of our users have encountered it so far. There is nothing we can do from our end to resolve it; we have to wait until Microsoft issues a fix. Any users who are being severely inconvenienced should switch to using the Office 365 webmail client until Microsoft resolves the problem.
