NSCAD undergraduate and graduate designers present final degree projects alongside first‑year MDES work—bold, critical responses to contemporary challenges.
- Master of Design (MDES)—Graduates: In their final year, Interdisciplinary Design Masters students complete an independent thesis that addresses complex global issues, balancing theory, research, and practical execution.
- Master of Design (MDES)—First-Year (Candidates): In the first year, students begin exploring entrepreneurship through design. Their projects are informed by a semester of user research and design.
- Interdisciplinary Design—Undergraduates: For their final project, Interdisciplinary Design undergraduates identify real-world problems and develop solutions through a self-directed process. Each student spends a semester researching their chosen topic (Fall 2025) before developing their projects (Spring 2026).
All Exhibitions run from Monday, April 27, to Friday, May 8. Open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
