The Queer Caucus at NSCAD University Presents

The queer caucus at NSCAD University invites community members and allies to the inaugural activities of Severely Queer Gatherings on the Fountain Campus from November 26 to December 6, 2024. Conceived as an annually recurring series of events around World AIDS Day, Severely Queer Gatherings address sexual and gender equity, health, accessibility, and coalition building for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and groups within our institution and beyond.

Sow to Sew Speakers' Series

Lee Dekel is the founder of 100% Silk and 100% Silk Shop – a clothing line, boutique and gallery in downtown Toronto known for its dedication to handicraft from around the world.

Sheilah ReStack’s work is a feminist investigation into photography as one of the possible modes for imagining desire, motherhood and queer family into the world.

Zun Lee is a physician, technology executive and educator who has been a full-time artist for the past 10 years. His practice incorporates photography, visual archives, socially engaged practice and creative writing.
