More Than Wishes is an open call and installation for receiving messages from the NSCAD University community-at-large on the occasion of the May 2026 graduation.
Artist and designer, David Peters (BDes 1976) invites NSCAD alumni from the 1960s to the 2020s to fax a one-page message (drawing, diagram, advice, reflection) to members of the graduating class of 2026. The transmitted messages will be received in a fax machine with a dedicated telephone line situated in the NSCAD Library window at 5163 Duke Street.
The artist will often be present to receive these messages. By visiting David in the Library, you can obtain a free, signed, original facsimile of his fax message or another of your choice.
Apps like TurboFAX and #FAX make it free and easy to take a picture of your page/contribution and send it.
