2018-19 Enrolment Results

Today the 2018-19 Association of Atlantic Universities (AAU) released the Preliminary Enrolment tables. I am very pleased to report the number of full-time undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at NSCAD University increased again this year by 8.9 percent over last year, higher than the Maritime region’s overall rise of 2.8 percent as released by the Association of Atlantic Universities.

The hard work and attention to recruitment and retention strategies of the entire NSCAD Community clearly are resulting in great things, increased enrolment among them. For the role you play in advancing NSCAD University, I extend sincere appreciation. By continuing our work together, we are solidifying our position as a centre for innovation, research and scholarship in the visual arts, crafts and design, both here in Nova Scotia and beyond.

My very best,
President Prof. Dianne Taylor-Gearing
