Head, Heart, and Hand Fund: Powered by NSCAD Alumni

As NSCAD alumni, we know the value of what our university community gave us — spaces to create, mentors who inspired us, and experiences that shaped our lives. Now, we have a chance to give back in a way that ensures those opportunities remain vibrant for future students.

The new Head, Heart, and Hand Fund: Powered by NSCAD Alumni supports what makes NSCAD exceptional. It allows the university to invest in areas that directly impact students but are difficult to support through the operating budget. This includes studio access and maintenance, upgrades to student lounges and common spaces, accessibility and sustainability improvements, as well as student travel, exhibition, and mentorship and experiential learning opportunities.

2026 Summer Studio & Campus Renewal Project

Your gift today supports an exciting new student employment program: The Summer Studio & Campus Renewal Project. Under the direction of our Studio Manager, students will be hired to undertake painting, minor repairs, organize storage, improve signage, and restore furniture in the historic Fountain Campus.

Alumni contributions support:

  • Paid, skill‑building summer employment for students
  • Renewed studio spaces that better serve teaching and creative practice
  • A culture of shared care for NSCAD’s historic campuses

This is work that can be seen, felt, and valued—by students, faculty, and the wider community.
