Building Employment Skills for Successful Transitions

The BEST Conference is an annual event which provides pre-employment services, supports, and training for international students in Nova Scotia, giving them the tools, resources, and contacts needed to build successful careers and position themselves in the Atlantic labour market. BEST incorporates workshops, networking opportunities, student panels that support exchanging ideas and approaches for international students to build employment skills and bridge successful workplace transitions.

The 2023 BEST Conference is happening in person and online, bringing international students a variety of powerful sessions on topics like personal branding, local job market, managing finances, immigration pathways and much more.
