ADVISORY: All of Halifax Peninsula, including NSCAD’s three campuses, are currently under a boil water advisory until further notice. All water must be boiled for at least one minute if it will be used for drinking or any other activity requiring human consumption.

Celebrating June with the NSCAD Library

In celebration of both Pride and National Indigenous History Month, the NSCAD Library has created a list of available resources from and about these two communities. Though this list merely scratches the surface of what’s available at the Library, it is a great starting point.
All of the books listed are available for curbside pickup. In order to arrange for pickup, users must first login to their Novanet account when browsing the catalogue and place a “hold” on a book. If users have any issues with their account they should email Janice Fralic-Brown at jbrown@nscad.ca

Regarding the ebooks and the streaming video titles from the NSCAD Library databases, users will be prompted to login with their NSCAD username and password (same as NSCAD self-serv).

For more information about the NSCAD Library and all of its valuable resources and services, visit their website: https://library.nscad.ca/libraryhome
