The NSCAD Alumni Association has partnered with NSCAD’s Office of Academic Affairs and Research to create a mentorship program, our first intake was April 2018. As part of that, we’re having a mixer tomorrow!
It’s a casual affair, with no formal education like last year’s Fall event, and I hope you can make it out to catch up with old friends and share some knowledge with driven students who are thinking about their post-school careers. There will be some short presentations on professional development opportunities for students, and Mentors and Mentees from this year’s cohort will be in attendance to provide their perspective. It’s a great opportunity to kindle old and new relationships and build our community.
