Possible Worlds is a showcase of work by artists who are asking questions about the political and personal potential of Virtual Reality as a unique and distinct medium. This selection of both international and local works shows how artists are using virtual reality to explore issues of cultural experience, trauma, history, memory and identity.

The exhibition includes works by Tender Claws, Lynette Wallworth, Illya Szilak and Cyril Tsiboulski, Seamus Gallagher, and Ross Unger.

Access Notes:
VR is not designed for the eyesight of viewers under thirteen years of age. Some of the works contain difficult themes and potentially triggering discussions. Gallery attendants will always be present and will have info available on the content of each piece if you wish to read it before viewing. Occasionally viewers new to VR find it may be triggering to certain anxiety conditions – please ask us if you’d like an attendant to talk you through the experience.

Port Loggia Gallery is ground level and accessible by wheelchair. There is a button to control the door. There are gender neutral washrooms on the third floor, accessible by elevator and stairs.
