The NSCAD community gathered on Monday, December 16 at the Art Bar +Projects to celebrate the career of NSCAD professor Bruce Barber and to wish him a happy retirement.
Bruce has been a faculty member at NSCAD for more than 38 years, and is a proud NSCAD alumni (MFA 1978). He’s always represented NSCAD with distinction as an active member of the arts community locally, nationally and internationally. His contributions and influence in media arts and film continue to this day, and he’ll be greatly missed by students, staff and his fellow faculty in the classroom. Happily, his research will continue at NSCAD.
